A new article was recently published by Baumann et al. (2021) in Frontiers in Marine Science entitled “Effect of Intensity and Mode of Artificial Upwelling on Particle Flux and Carbon Export”. The study presents results from the ERC-funded project “artUp” led by GEOMAR using mesocosms on Gran Canaria in cooperation with ULPGC and PLOCAN.
