Early career scientists meet during a mesocosm study on Gran Canaria studying the effects of Ocean Alkalinity Enhancement on an oligotrophic plankton community. The participants got first-hand insights into mesocosm studies by being responsible for the sampling, analyses and data interpretation of individual biogeochemical and ecological parameters.
